I had a washing machine that was leaking. Luis was quick to respond and set up an appointment time that worked for both of us. He was very professional and began to work as soon as he arrived. He traced the leak, which he thought he could fix without any new parts. After he cleaned the part that he felt was responsible he tested the machine. It still had a small leak. very soon he diagnosed the leak as a small hole in the rubber seal around the door. He immediately gave me a price to fix the machine with a new part. The price was very reasonable. He proceeded to drive a distance to get the new part. Returned and replaced the seal. Problem solved. He spent some time and did not rush the process. I will definitely be calling Luis again for any major appliance problem I have.

Luis was able to identify and resolve the issue with the air conditioning unit not starting quickly, effectively, and at great price. He was also very professional and did outstanding work. Overall great experience. I recommend his services to anyone who may ask.

My washing machine was not switching cycles. Luis immediately responded to my post for help. His quote was very fair. He followed up with me a day later to confirm the appointment time, and then he showed up on time. He was prepared to cover his shoes to enter my home. He was absolutely knowledgeable and explained the problem and the solution. He gave me two options for repair. The washer works perfectly and if I could give ten stars I would. If you have an opportunity to hire this company, definitely do it!

Luis is a great person. He worked very hard and didn't quit until he got it done. I will recommend the company to all my friends and family. I had very bad experience with another company who screwed me out of 300.00 dollars. Luis stressed my worries and Luis assured me that this wouldn't happened. He did all the work upfront and didn't charge me a dime until he was finished and it worked. If you need any repair work done THIS IS THE PERSON you want on the job. Thank you again for all you did. My family is blessed to find you and we will call again when you are needed.

He diagnosed the problem with my fridge and freezer and described exactly the problem I was having with them so that it made sense. He arrived right on time and I didn't have to wait for the problem to be fixed. He put a new compressor in. I thought the hourly rate was reasonable. He was very professional.

    Our appliance pricing includes the diagnostic fee(trip to home included) and a flat-rate for labor. Homeowner is also responsible for price of parts. Our H-VAC pricing include the diagnostic fee(trip to home included) and flat-rate for labor. Homeowner is also responsible for price of parts.( Pricing differs from appliances)

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

    During the winter season our priority is furnace troubleshooting. During the summer season our priority is A/C repairs. In between those two seasons our priority involves refrigerators and freezer as to avoid food spoilage.
