- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we will collect all pertinent data and start from the point of when the issue first occurred. We will then provide a diagnostic check and give an estimate before any work is done. If work is to be done, the diagnostic fee will be waived accordingly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Certified Comptia and Cisco technicians.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Ask questions. Don't let a provider use your fear to overcharge you. There is always another option.
