- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am always taking classes, attending seminars, workshops, reading, researching and experimenting with a great many techniques and advancements in food technology and advancements.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always loved working in the kitchen and creating, After going to college with a core concentration focus in Medicine, I realized that my tolerance for human blood was minimum. So, with that in mind, i refocused all my efforts in perfecting my culinary skills.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Shopping, Menu creation, Approval of menus before execution, Last minute changes, Personal Meal- meal delivery, Personal meal- In-home delivery, Cooking Demonstrations, Special Events, hors d' oeuvres/ appetizers, family style meals, cocktail parties, Plated dinners and so forth. Printing and laminating the events menu, signed by me as a memento to my client and their guest.
