FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer 10% discounts to seniors and veterans but feel free to talk to us, client satisfaction and striking a deal is what we're after.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I would text them then follow up with phone call to discuss the upcoming project in details, that's pretty much how it goes
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I do have a mining degree, which isn't directly related to construction, but I did get hands-on experience with a bunch of different power tools and equipment.
