It was the best computer experience I've ever had and the least expensive!!! Not only did he fix my computer, but he did it efficiently too. I had it back in a few days. He was a great computer professional, who was very reliable, and worked in a safe and secure environment. He was very honest and stated, "that if he couldn't fix it, you don't have to pay any money." My laptop is great now. It was a totally awesome experience and I learned new things about my computer and websites from him. Thank you so very for everything!!!

He wasn't able to fix my PC's problem, but he was able to transfer all of the files I needed from the hard drive and he was able to connect my external hard drive up so that it was working again. And, all for a nominal cost in my home. GREAT VALUE.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Because this is a side job and because I have a fascination with computers, my rates are extremely low. Yet I work very hard to do the job right and make the customer happy.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Fine tune computers/laptops for optimum performance, removing unnecessary software, spyware, viruses, etc. Provide recommendations for how to keep the computer running well and possibilities of hardware upgrades to eliminate the need for a buying a new pc.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Beware of the big box stores. They tend NOT to listen to the customer. I give one on one personal attention to the problem for 1/3rd the cost of the big box stores.
