I originally hired Kien to hang a very heavy mirror, some stained glass pieces and a TV from the ceiling. He did such a great job that I had him do numerous other things, bathroom vent (he had to wade through tons of attic insulation for that job in a 50 year old house), some electrical, drywall, installed 2 outdoor ring cams and some misc household tasks. I plan to have him paint my interior, install new interior doors and woodwork. Very nice, personable, well mannered and respectful of your space and budget.
