Only one dedicated cleaner showed up for what was to be 8 hours of work with more then one she worked hard and I tipped 25% of the total cost in cash in addition to prepaying a hold of the whole deposit amount. There wasn’t that much to do but number one was cleaning of cabinets and drawers since we were moving in and needed to be able to use them as you can see several drawers and cabinets were missed. Walls were not spot cleaned. Nothing was dusted. We only had kitchen bathroom cabinets to be cleaned and it’s not a big kitchen. The family room wasn’t wiped down at all and a tennis ball from old owner was in a cabinet still so apparently never opened. We didn’t need anything done besides dusting and spot wall cleaning in rooms with carpet and nothing in the finished basement. The employee was great but if she can’t get the job done which understandable then they should have sent someone else or someone back. I do not think I got over half a thousand dollars cleaning done and that’s what I paid. We also obviously let the employe use our vacuum and supplies whatever she needed so even more frustrating redds wasn’t on top of it. They also canceled the Sunday clean because they said they don’t work Sundays and thumbtack got that wrong then offered Monday or Tuesday I picked Tuesday and this is what I got. For what I read, was promised, and expected was a cleaning crew of experts . Super disappointed.
