We hired Tiffany and Company to come to my mom's home and help her clean ..my mom is going to be 91 and has not been able to do. any housekeeping in a few years so everything was pretty dirty but when Tiffany left her home everything was shining. And spotless like it was brand new We will be keeping her company on a weekly or bi- monthly basis for my mom. We could not have be happier I have had cleaning services in my home's for the past 25 years end never had someone clean the house as well as she does. I hired Tiffany somewhat last minute and she was very easy to talk to and very accommodating. We discussed what I needed done and was able to work around a budget that was suitable for the both of us. She arrived on time when she said she would and gave me a heads up that she would be bringing an assistant. Finished when she said she would. Would hire again!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There are a few factors in determining pricing for a home. Size of the home, and frequency of cleaning is what I base my prices off from. I do not charge hourly unless discussed with client beforehand.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I give them a general list of what I do and allow them to make it fully customizable to their own needs and home. I will either do a walk-in or chat with them about the home and I’m about to give a quote based on a few key details they provide.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started a few years ago cleaning for an elderly couple I knew, and ever since then i knew u eventually wanted to start my own business doing it. It's something I love to do and am good at.
