FAILED inspections /Quality of work HORRIBLE!!! Communication was dreadful and via text message from Michael. BOTH Roofing and siding Crew did not arrive on days promised and I HAD TO CALL Aspen asking where they were. Finally after I had to constantly text (because he would NOT call me back) the Spanish speaking only crew arrived 3 WEEKS later! Supposedly the best crew! They broke decking and there were gaps of 2-3 feet missing of which they ROOFED over the missing decking sending nails into a large open spaces. I had to show the Michael who was supposed to make sure things like this didn’t happen!!! They did not clean every day as promised and left before fully cleaning the project, hence another TEXT to Michael again to get back to clean. During the project I saw Michael twice once to show him all the bad work and last to get the first check totaling 10 minutes on a 3 day project. I am still finding nails and metal in my yard and around the house as of today. Let’s move on to the next nightmare Siding -the project manager Rod was just as unreliable and even less communication from Rod. Never got calls, just had again Spanish speaking crew ringing doorbells unexpected sending my entire day into a loop! Again more issue of broken boards, not cleaning up, cutting of siding like a 3 year did it, backing was not cut properly and you can see it hanging out from the siding, not caulking properly, or reattaching items such as water meter or gutters, lights, and original boarding’s. ROD was NEVER on site during the entire siding process until he wanted the 2nd check! In the month of December I had Rod and Shar (emailed and called 4 times in a week) call, text and email me for final payment over 7 times –even though I explained I have been contact already and I wasn’t paying until things were fixed! After calling the main office I finally get a district manager John to come to the house because of all the issues – gave him a list of OVER TEN items. You would think at this point they would go though it with a fine tooth comb but no! I had to have Aspen send crews back a SIX times after the jobs were completed to fix what I found and then again when they FAILED inspection-totaling 7 times to return to the project. I do not recommend this company, they are all unprofessional liars and con people who only care about the money and not the QUALITY of work. Our house looks okay from the sidewalk but as you look close you still see many issues after they had to come and fixed the failed items! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, find a reputable LOCAL COLORADO corporation – DO NOT USE ASPEN!!!! Another lesson do not give any company final payment until inspections PERIOD!
