- What types of customers have you worked with?
The most common types of jobs that I do for customers would be in either on site IT Support for small businesses and in home PC and laptop repair including virus removal, wireless network setups, etc.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Most of us aren't sure who to call or where to go when we have technical problems with our computer. Many times as a last resort, and when all else fails, we pack up the old PC and take it to one of the local computer megastores, wondering the entire time if it would just be cheaper to buy a new computer.
