Nicole called me back in a timely matter. She was extremely professional. Her prices were average for this area. I’m from San Diego, where I thought the price would be higher but they are about twice the price here. Shocked me. She was the 5th dog walking service I spoke to, but the 1st I interviewed. My dog took to her immediately! He does not do this to everyone, as he is extremely protective! So, that was a very positive sign. She brought one of her walkers with as they will be helping to walk my dog and he loved her as well! He went on a walk with Nicole already and loved it. When they got back he got a snack and was happy as can be! She also met all 3 of my cats, so if I need her too she can also care for them. I’m very happy I was put in contact with Mutts in A Rutt!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We set up a meet and greet and talk about your dogs needs. If an employee of Mutts In A Rutt will be handling your dog or entering you house you will get to meet them as well.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Between all the employees at MNR we have over 20+ years of experience. All of our employees are CPR and first aid certified.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have had a love for dogs since I was a little girl. I stared walking dogs when I was in elementary school for my neighbors. When I got to college I got a job as a part time dog walker for a local business. After I graduated I worked as a dog trainer for 5 years until I decided to open up MNR.
