in the cleaning business, there are two of the most important points to pay attention, is new chemicals and new ways of training and motivating the team, having a good product/tools and a well trained employee is the main key
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
from my experience, its better when you deal with a small company because you get the owner more closed to oversee everyday operations.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
that I have experience doing the job so you are not dealing with a sales person that has no clue of the job but sales, I personally train my team and motivate them in daily basis.
