I hired El Toporo to cater my wedding, and am happy I did. They were reasonably priced, but more importantly they are easy to work and communicate with. Working with Esther and her daughter Maria was a real breeze, and the staff and food was fantastic. They were punctual, diligent, and accommodating. I recommend them wholeheartedly!

It was our first catering experience. Were we in for a treat?! I was hosting a holiday party for 30+ people and we had a real feast! The meats were all very tasty and the meat stuffed pastries were simply delicious. The "Yuca al Mojo" and the "Arroz con Gandules" added unique dimension to the menu. More importantly, Esther and her associates were very thoughtful and thought through more details than we did. We really appreciated their help.

Esther and her son Luis were a delight to work with. They were kind, generous and constantly asking if they could do anything else for us. Maria responded to every email very quickly. Our wedding was outdoors in bad weather, which seemed to have no effect on them. The food was wonderful, we are still getting compliments from our guests. We would recommend them to anyone.

Ester, was very friendly, accommodating, and I lived the sample tasting that was brought to my home. They came early and where ready and prepared to serve my guests. The food was outstanding and all and I mean all my guests lived the food from appetizers to dinner and the dessert. I can't wait to use them again next year for my other daughter's quince. Thank you Ester you were great!
