It was a pleasure working with the whole team at Constructive Renovations. Bob was able to come out quickly to put together a bid and get started with the project. Branko managed the project end to end and stayed close on communication throughout the process. Him along with the rest of the contractors made sure the work was up to par and performed the work as if it was their own home. Highly recommend!

If I could give 10 stars I would!! Constructive Renovations has gone beyond my expectations! Bob is a fantastic communicator and coordinator of services. He even dealt with my insurance company. The whole team has been great! Branko, Fermin & Carlos did a wonderful job on work completed. The office staff has also been very helpful. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide a detailed bid that outlines the scope of the project. We suggest you dream big on the first estimate and have us include everything you want. Once you have a chance to review the bid, we can help you adjust or find financing to ensure you are happy with the final result.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will contact you to schedule an in home estimate, take all required measurements and answer any questions you have on your renovation. We may also schedule time for you with one of our designers so you have the opportunity to determine the finishes that are right for your family and fit within your budget.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are a fully licensed, bonded and insured corporation with more than 25 full time employees. We are experienced renovation and building trades professionals - and many of us are also homeowners who understand what it means to renovate while living in a home.
