- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Reputation is everything. I do what I can to keep my prices reasonable without giving away the farm.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Whether the client needs accounting, payroll, or taxes done, a contract must be signed and dated. That is to protect you and me and makes sure that all questions are answered.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an MBA in Accounting from Keller Graduate School of Management. I also have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Small Business Management and Entrepreneurship. Anyone can claim that they feel for the small business owner however I truly understand them. I'm also an enrolled agent licensed to practice before the IRS. Aside from signing off on financial statements, I can pretty much do everything a CPA can do, including represent you if you get audited by the IRS.
