- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is fair and based on the time and materials needed for each job. I don’t believe in hidden fees — what we agree on is what you pay. For larger projects or repeat customers, I offer discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I talk with the customer to understand their needs and expectations. Then I inspect the project, give an estimate, and schedule the work. I always keep customers updated and make sure everything is done right before finishing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have years of hands-on experience in home repair, carpentry, and painting. Over time, I’ve developed strong skills through practical work and continuous learning from every project.
