Fantastic job by the crew! We hired them for a complete overhaul of our garden beds: weeding, hauling away all the debris, spraying, laying down new fabric, and mulching. Quote was done quickly and they came out soon. First part of work, tree trimming with stump grind - trees trimming went well but no grind done. They said they would come back to do it later. Second part was spring clean up with mulch. I bought them lunch from Jimmy Johns to be kind while they worked. They blew leaves for that and barely added any mulch (visible landscape fabric still under mulch) and they left with mulch on their truck. I was told they were coming back on May 2 to grind the stump but was instead asked if I could pay for the service completed so far and the rest when completed. I paid, and they did not show up on the scheduled date to grind the stump. Now I don’t get any response from them. I saw a request to give a 5 star review before the work was done to get a discount on the invoice and hesitated even though the discount would be nice because it seemed strange and now I wonder if the other ratings were from that. What paid for thus far was overpriced for what has been done and the work was never completed.
