Sam was amazing. He was honest, prompt, and very kind (qualities extremely hard to find in contractors nowadays!)
He came, assessed, provided an estimate, and did the work all in the same hour or two.

I would highly recommend Gold Key. He was able to get my deadbolt off and quickly install my new WIFI lock. I also mentioned that I needed to get a ew locked for the garage door and he stated he could simply adjust the key so that the new front door key is also the same key for the garage. It was perfect.

I offer competitive flat-rate pricing with no hidden fees. Emergency and after-hours services don’t have an additional charge, which is always communicated upfront. Discounts are available for repeat customers and veterans.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I ask the customer to describe the issue or send a photo. Then I provide an estimated quote and ETA. Once on-site, I explain the job and confirm the price before starting any work. I aim to be transparent and efficient throughout the entire process.

I’ve completed professional locksmith training, including vehicle entry, rekeying, lock installation, and electronic lock systems. I continue to stay updated on the latest tools and techniques through ongoing workshops and field experience.
