Ever since our cleaning person of many years , left the business (mid COVID), we struggled with finding & retaining a company or a person to clean our home on a regular basis. It’s been a vicious 4 year cycle of disappointments. After hiring successfully off thumbtack for other jobs, I checked out the home cleaning tab. Spic N Span Solutions answered my inquiry right away. I described my home, square footage, etc. i decided to have a deep cleaning, they gave me an estimate. They came right out. I was extremely impressed with Pierre, one of the founders of Spic N Span. We confirmed the price & they were able to do the deep cleaning before having a big party at our home. I never hired for a deep cleaning before, things like baseboards, front of cabinets, refrigerator etc. as well as cleaned the rest of the home. I hired them again after that for a regular schedule cleaning and today was our third regular cleaning. Finally! Finally, finding an excellent fit for us. Pierre & his team have the qualities, & traits that a person would want. At least for me personally, every single attribute exceeding my expectations. They dress professional, use shoe coverings, nice clean equipment & use quality products. The best home cleaning experience I ever had. Most important, i can trust Pierre, & his judgement. He’s been reliable, flexible, honest & excels in his communication. Always confirms & emails the invoice the day before each job & the morning of , he calls with an ETA. I love that! There are no surprises. They are meticulous & leave my home in pristine condition . I thought, hmmm. Where have you been all of my life? After 3 very successful cleanings & with regular cleanings set up, I felt it to be a good timeframe to put my honest opinion up after giving time to demonstrate consistency! Thank you Pierre.

The team cleaned the entire house! They arrived promptly and with a pleasant greeting and good attitude; the cleaning job was so thorough and they listened to me regarding what needed extra attention.
