- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once the customer arrives at our facility and has the opportunity to explain the issue their device is experiencing we than perform an extensive set of diagnostic testing. Once the complementary diagnostics are completed the customer is advised as to the necessary repairs and pricing.
