Angelo was responsive and communicative from the very beginning, which honestly was a breath of fresh air in a stressful situation and two out of four roofers my family contacted didn’t even respond after agreeing to follow up. He took our concerns seriously, especially given our worries about the multiple leaks we’d discovered and came over personally to tarp them before the storm. We ran into some hiccups—he forgot about our initial appointment (big oops), which led to me missing a doctor’s appointment. And his team arrived an hour early to start work—a potential issue because of noise/work rules in my neighborhood. But he owned the mistake with the missed appointment (which a lot of people probably wouldn’t do) and went out of his way to make up for it. And really, it’s hard to get that mad about starting work early when it’s 90 degrees outside. My mom (it was her property) did say she wished there were more updates throughout the actual day. She didn’t even know they’d finished until she realized the pounding stopped and found no one out in the yard anymore. They were meticulous about cleaning up; I just had to straighten one outdoor lamp that got knocked askew. Our neighbor was even impressed because they picked up trash that fell into her yard too. But otherwise, they took great care of my mom’s roof and treated her and our property with respect. (This review was incentivized in exchange for an honest review.)

Angelo was very polite from the beginning. He was also very thorough when explaining the cause for a leak on our roof. I got multiple quotes and decided to go with Angelo. The work order was detailed and explained all the work that was going to get done. I highly recommend Angelo and his team

Angelo was great to work with. He went up on the roof and walked all over it. He took pictures and came down to talk to us about what was needed. He was very direct and forthright about what was needed. He and crew showed up as promised and worked very hard. The crew was pleasant to work with. They did a thorough clean up including any stray nails We would recommend them
