I want to leave a positive review but, mostly, I like that the deck is finally done. I picked this company because I felt I could trust Alex who came out for the initial estimate, and actually caught that I was going to go with the wrong color (I have 2 similar colors back there). He did keep communication open and made sure I was getting what I wanted done, coming back at the end of the service to touch up what I felt was missed. The painter who did the deck did not speak English. There was a bit of rescheduling , I was told 2 boards would be replaced (included) on the step riser- they weren’t. My overall experience was tainted when we were strong armed at 9pm into same day payment by 10pm when my husband wasn’t home. I felt the price could’ve been lower, but, I do like the deck.
