Great experience! He was punctual, professional, and worked efficiently to remove our old playground and haul away the junk. Left the area clean and exactly as promised.

I had a water damage from my bathroom that led down to my living room area. Didn’t know that a small leak can cause so much damage, ceiling drywall and my floor tile. Called up Dan through a friend and he came over quick to give me an overview of what was going on. He explained to me in detail of the procedures and gave me my options which led me to believe that I was in good hands. Giving me a handsome pricing on the work. Right away they got to work and updating me along the way till the very end. Now all is dry , my ceiling with new paint looks great and my bathroom tile looks Awesome!!! I can’t believe they got all done at a reasonable time and carefully because of the small space they had to work with. I applaud Odd Jobs for a job well done and would definitely hire these guys again.

I reached out to Odd Jobs and talked to them about a carpet i had that ripped from the seam. Dan came out gave me a good deal and started right away. He moved my furniture carefully, restretched the carpet and re-seamed carpet back to its original state. Looks perfect! Would definitely call Odd Jobs Again! Thank You

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
it's based on the area, how big , inside and out, timing preference of the client and material if I or client will provide i.e. Drywall,wood,paint n texture. But I'm very negotiable... providing pro work for less of the cost that a company would.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I'm very self explanatory... so that the client can be comfortable knowing what's being done how and why in order for the job to be completed.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have lots of friends in all kinds of workfields that pretty much showed me the ropes where flash forward to now I'm able to handle jobs on my own.
