Great experience. Technician arrived promptly and prepared to do the job. He was friendly, knowledgeable about what he was doing, and didn't mind my tagging along to watch him to the job, as well as answer all of my questions.

Overpriced, they came in as the lowest over the phone quote but also didn’t fix the problem I asked them to fix… they removed all the registers to yake photos and I felt pressured to agree with the estimate for an hours worth of work. A little too aggressive I would say.

Make sure you only get the job done for what you agree with them while hiring here. Anything outside of that work would be charged exorbitantly. Hired for duct cleaning but I gave them extra work for dryer cleaning but the Technicians raised price on the go. Charged $50 for dryer duct cleaning. Found out the pipes are bad so they installed a new pipe for another $50 which is usually $15 at home depot when I asked if I bring it from home depot the technician said they will charge another $15 to install in addition to duct cleaning cost. The installation should be included in the dryer duct.
