We love using our fireplace and every year it needs a cleaning. We contacted Adic Pro to clean and inspect, luckily everything was fine with the chimney, but our house is older, and I know there will be a time when fixes will be required. I'm happy to know I have a good service provider now with Adic pro, super professional, super efficient!

My parents used Adic pro services, and suggested I use them as well. I just moved into a new house and needed the chimneys inspected and cleaned. The Team at Adicpro was so responsive, easy to deal with, professional, and got the job done fast. They were super knowledge, some issues were identified, pricing was great, they fixed the issues asap now we have a working chimney for the holiday season.

Matt and Jeff cleaned my chimney and my dryer vent - they completed their work in less than two hours, Would recommend booking a chimney cleaning or dryer vent cleaning with this company.

Service fee / inspection is listed as $75 - was charged $95. Poor communication between office and technician. • was rescheduled several times for weeks in a row bc they were waiting on a camera to come • Technician called at time of scheduled cleaning to tell me he didn’t know he was scheduled to come out, and needed to move it to 5 hours later • office told me that $95 inspection fee would be applied to work. Technician told me (after the fact) that was only true if I had the work done at the same time as the inspection. Office offered a % off future service to make up for it (instead of $95 back). Chimneys were cleaned and we determined my neighbors chimney cap was broken (a mystery we were looking to solve.) Technician was friendly - but not on the same page as the office. No thanks.
