We offer transparent and upfront pricing with no hidden fees. Our standard diagnostic fee is applied only if you choose not to proceed with the repair — otherwise, it is waived with the service. Repair costs depend on the appliance type and parts required, and we always provide a clear estimate before starting any work. We also offer competitive rates and same-day service options when available.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a new customer contacts us, we start by asking a few questions about the appliance and the issue you're experiencing. We then schedule a convenient appointment window and send a technician to diagnose the problem. Once the issue is identified, we provide a written estimate before any work is done. If you approve the repair, we proceed immediately when parts are available—or order the required parts and return as soon as they arrive. Throughout the process, we keep you updated by phone or text.
