I had a very disappointing and frustrating experience with this handyman. What started as a simple job turned into a stressful ordeal due to his unprofessional behavior and complete lack of respect. He refused to provide a clear price quote upfront, and midway through the job, he suddenly changed the price—despite earlier discussions. It felt like I was being taken advantage of simply because I tried to negotiate, which is completely unreasonable. This kind of bait-and-switch tactic is unacceptable. Communication was also a major issue. He does not speak English well, which led to several misunderstandings. Instead of trying to resolve them respectfully, he was dismissive and rude. The job was left unfinished and poorly done, showing a complete lack of pride in his work. I would strongly advise others to avoid this handyman. In my experience, he was unprofessional, unreliable, and disrespectful. Thumbtack should take serious note of this kind of behavior, as it reflects poorly on the platform.
