Alex was Great. He was very knowledgeable and was able to diagnose the issue with our 10yr old Samsung Dryer. He ordered both the parts for the motor and igniter on our Samsung Dryer. He let me know when the parts arrived and was able to install it in like 2hrs or so. He also cleaned and vacuum the lints and other stuff inside the dryer. I'm glad that my home warranty was able to reimburse me for some of the cost. I would hire Alex instantly in any appliances issue down the road.
