Sam is a perfect plumber! My pipelines had some really complicated issues, but Sam was so patient and carefully checked each line to find where the problem was — and fixed it! He’s very reasonable with pricing. The funny part is, he said, “Check my work, and if you think you can fix it yourself, don’t pay me — otherwise, pay only if it’s really fixed!” As promised, he resolved everything in about 1.5 hours. 💯 Highly recommend Sam for any plumbing work!

Sam is a very nice guy. I did have some concerns, but still feel he earned the 5 star review. First there was a bit of a language barrier. English is not his primary language, so we needed a translation app on the phone to effectively communciate. Second, his work was so meticulously done, it took longer than I planned for. At an hourly rate that became an issue for me, but Sam did discount his fee to accomodate. I did offer to hire him again, but wanted a preset quote of time for the work to be performed.
