The man who came to my home went on the roof to look at a problem that he found I did not have. I was told by my HOA that I needed wood fixed, which Turned out not to be the case. He explained that the wood was fine and didn’t any repair. I really appreciate his honesty and would certainly use the in the future

Artem is my go-to when hiring out handyman jobs. He’s very easy to communicate with and replies quickly to questions and concerns. I have hired him for several jobs, most recently a ceiling fan install and bathroom vent replacement, and he does the work quickly, neatly, and competently. It is a pleasure to work with him.

Art helped me paint my shed and pergola. The pergola required extra power washing and replacement of rotten boards. He did all of it. He was very knowledgeable and his work was detail oriented. Very impressed.

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the scope, complexity, and time required for each project. We provide clear, upfront estimates whenever possible, so there are no surprises. Materials are typically charged separately unless otherwise specified. Free estimates are available, and larger projects may qualify for package pricing.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is simple and straightforward. We start by discussing your project and reviewing any photos or details you can provide. For larger or more complex projects, we can schedule an on-site visit to evaluate the work and take measurements. We then provide a clear estimate and discuss the scope, materials, and scheduling. Once approved, we schedule the project, complete the work professionally and efficiently, and make sure everything is clean and completed to your satisfaction.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have developed my skills through years of hands-on experience working on residential repair, installation, and remodeling projects. My experience includes carpentry, drywall, painting, flooring, doors and trim, fixture installation, and general home improvements. I continuously improve my knowledge of construction methods, materials, tools, and industry best practices to provide safe, professional, and high-quality workmanship.
