- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are transparent and agreed in advance. Discounts: for regular customers (weekly/monthly), for large volumes or during promotions. Additional fees apply for deep cleaning (oven, refrigerator), heavy soiling, late departure and cancellations less than 24 hours in advance. The final amount is confirmed before booking.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Client contacts us and describes the job. 2. We assess via photos/questions and send a quote. 3. Schedule date/time and confirm access. 4. We arrive, perform the work, do a final walkthrough. 5. Payment and brief feedback.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Courses for certified cleaning technicians, seminars on stain removal and equipment use, hands-on mentoring with senior cleaners, and regular refresher training on safety and environmentally friendly products.
