- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing depends on the amount of junk, type of material, weight, access, and distance. We provide upfront estimates based on photos, and the final price is confirmed before we start. Heavy materials like concrete, dirt, tile, brick, or stone may cost more due to disposal weight. Mattress or special disposal fees may apply. No hidden fees — labor, loading, hauling, and disposal are included.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, the customer sends photos or a short description of what needs to be removed. Then we provide a rough estimate and available time options. When we arrive, we confirm the final price before starting. After approval, we load everything, clean up the area, and haul the items away for proper disposal or recycling when possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have hands-on experience in junk removal, cleanouts, hauling, light demolition, and handling heavy materials safely. I’m experienced with furniture, appliances, construction debris, yard waste, garage cleanouts, basement cleanouts, and small demolition projects. I focus on safe lifting, careful property protection, and efficient loading to complete each job professionally.
