- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
1. All payments are processed by pre-authorized credit cards or by ACH debit (bank account) at the beginning of each month. Tuition does not include any retail teaching materials such as books, instruments, or accessories. Lessons are charged at flat rate of $120 per month for one 30-minute lesson per week or $235 per month for one 60-minute lesson per week. 2 students from the same family are charged the hour rate. More than two students in a family will be charged at the standard rate with a discount per additional family member more than two. Tuition covers all lessons in a month regardless of how many weeks are used in the month. There is no per-lesson fee. Tuition must be paid by the 7th of the month or a $15 late fee will apply. Tuition cannot be carried over into the next month. There are no refunds of Tuition for any reason except for billing error. Students will be dropped from the schedule if no payment is received by the 15th of the month no exceptions. Individual lessons not part of a plan are $35 for 30-minutes and $75 for 60-minutes.

We start with a free trial 15-minute lesson to see how it goes with the teacher and learning style. If all goes well, we can book you into weekly lessons.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Most of our teachers hold Masters degrees in their teaching areas and have many years of experience.
