For purchasing and selling I charge a 2.5% commission on the sale price.

We would begin with a phone consultation, either video or audio. We will then discuss next steps, goals, and timelines.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over the past 8 years I have always completed my continuing education. I have also been certified as a luxury agent. I always follow market trends to be up to date by reading news, listening to podcasts, and connecting with my network.
