EXCEPTIONAL experience! My new television arrived at 10 AM this morning and I immediately posted my TV mounting project on Thumbtack expecting to have my set installed sometime this week. I received a response from Bil solutions within one minute and the team was at my home within an hour. Their communications were very much appreciated since I work from home. He called to confirm the specifics of the project. I received a text with their ETA and one when they arrived at my building. Things I noted: 1) they put on shoe covers on entering my home, 2) they had a handheld broom/dustpan and cleaned as they worked, 3) they called me in to check the placement of the TV before securing it to the mount, 4) on request, they hauled the old set to the dumpster room in my building. The team was professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and extremely kind. He took time to show me how to navigate to the TV settings and what I would need to finalize to begin watching. Total installation time start to finish: 20 minutes. Seriously. So awesome! Thank you so much, Bil solutions. I look forward to working with you on my next project.
