5/5 Service! From start to finish, he was super professional! I messaged him before just to get info on his service and he responded quickly. He was able to assist with all my questions. Once we set a date, he was able to come a day prior and set up my tv. He was very polite, professional, and answered my questions. I initially wanted the cables to be hidden in the wall but he was able to explain that it would not be possible and I was okay with that and his honesty! Not only that, he was able to set up a different mount from the one I had bought and explain how I needed a different one. Overall, I’m super satisfied with his services and would recommend him to anyone!

Bill responded immediately after I contacted him! He called me within a few minutes to confirm the details of the TV mount project, and we scheduled for a couple of days later. The thing I loved about Bill and his associate was that they were honest and vocal about their advice but left it to us in the end to decide. The mount we had wasn’t appropriate, but they’d come prepared with options which we accepted. They were great guys to work with, and I can’t recommend them enough!

Bill was awesome. He helped us mount our TV and when he saw that our mount was mismatched, he went all the way to Best Buy to purchase a new one and install that one for us. He is professional, knows what he’s doing, and very efficient. He was also able to squeeze us in the day we called him. Thank you Bill!
