JAW figured out exactly what was needed to fix our water feature. When the first solution did not work, they were persistent and found a solution. Excellent communication with us so that we understand the problem and method to fix it. Would use them again.

Great experience with Dan and his crew! I enjoyed the initial consultation and his incredible knowledge about my situation. He texted to let me know when he was arriving and kept me posted on the progress. I would highly recommend JAWL for your pond or water feature needs. My water feature is beautiful and I could not be happier. I know I’ll be calling JAWL in the future!

We had a leak in our 25 year old pond. They responded quickly to our request. After spending an hour checking out the pond, he presented several options. I narrowed it down to two. 1 Find leak and repair it. 2 Redo the pond design including a new liner and many features that were not available 25 years ago. I chose to go with the redesign. The quote was clear and included everything we discussed. Their price was reasonable and they honored the quoted price. We picked a date when they were available. They arrived on time all 4 days they worked on the pond. Their crew was polite and friendly. I would recommend them to any one needing a repair, rebuild or a new pond. I am very pleased with the finished product. The waterfall resembles one that I saw at the home and garden show. Just on a smaller scale. Look no further this is the company to use. I called over 20 companies and they were one of the three that responded. They were the most knowledgeable and had a comparable price.
