When working with a new customer, I always try to make the process simple, honest, and stress-free: - Initial Contact — You reach out (call, message, or Thumbtack), and we discuss the appliance issue (provide model/brand/symptoms/photos if possible). - Free Estimate — I diagnose in person (or remotely via details/photos), explain the problem, parts needed, and give a clear, upfront quote with no obligation. - Scheduling — We set a convenient time that works for you (often same-day or next-day for urgent fixes). - Work Begins — I arrive on time, explain findings again, perform the repair using quality/genuine parts, test thoroughly, and clean up. - Review & Payment — You verify the fix works, and payment is due only after you're satisfied (cash, Zelle, check). - Follow-Up — Available for any questions post-repair — I stand behind my work.

I have hands-on experience and real-world training in appliance repair from years of working directly in the field.
