Samir was very professional and pleasant. He walked my roof and took pictures of the repairs that were needed. He also suggested some changes to my gutter system that would eliminate water pooling by my front door. His team arrived earlier than planned, quickly fixed the items on the list and showed me updated photos of the repairs. I was most impressed with his customer service. The day before he was scheduled to work, it rained pretty bad and rain was pouring over a clogged gutter. I sent him a video of it and without hesitation he came right out to clean that gutter and fix the issue! Santos Roofing has superior service. I highly ecommend them.
