FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer results based training programs. This means the training process continues until we get the desired result (applicable for any common behaviors and obedience, Aggression/fear/phobias covered on a per session bases) As long as my advice is followed this lasts for the life of the dog. I always suggest setting up a phone consultation to discuss programs. This way I can give you more details on everything covered, pricing and answer any questions you may have.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I first like to talk over the phone and discuss your dog and your dog training goals. Next we discuss programs and pricing and set up a time for an in home training consultation. During a consultation I teach you about how dogs learn, show you tools we may use for the training process, answer any questions you may have and perform temperament tests to get a good idea of what is going on with your dog. Once we have the program picked out, we schedule our first training session and the rest is customized based off your goals for training
