It was obvious he cared about doing the job right, not just doing it fast.What really stood out was his follow-up service. When our sink later froze up, Lucas came back and used a smart, practical warm-water approach to safely melt the blockage and get everything flowing againallowing us to use our dishwasher without further issues.Professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful.
