Vitalii turned out to be much more than just a plumber. He replaced our old toilets quickly and professionally, and everything was done very cleanly. On the same day, when we unexpectedly needed help, he agreed to replace our faucet and garbage disposal as well. He also repaired a couple of holes in the wall. We honestly did not expect everything to be completed that day, but he didn’t leave us waiting and took care of it right away. After the work was finished, we learned that Vitalii is a very humble and hardworking person who does much more than plumbing — including interior handyman work, painting, and even outdoor projects. That will definitely be helpful for us in the future. We truly appreciate his work and will absolutely be contacting him again.

We were still awaiting plumbers to contact us back and then we remembered ThumbTack…the response was super prompt. And in our waiting to hear from the others we contacted, Vitalli and we exchanged a couple texts and our two older toilets were removed and replaced with two new toilets in a couple of hours. Great communication. Vitalli was fair in his pricing, quick and efficient in his overall performance. He is respectable, curtious and accommodating.
