Apex was fantastic to work with. They came out quickly to assess my roof and walk me through my options. Despite a new roof installation being in their best interest, they were willing to install a temporary tarp right away to prevent further damage while we weighed the best solution long-term. I will be returning to them when it makes sense to install a new roof.

As a first time homeowner/ widow having a trustworthy company that wont lie just so they can get money from you when all I needed was a patch repair for a hole I had in my roof. I appreciate Willie, he made sure I was in the emergency list to get it fixed ASAP. Even though I had to pay a little bit more than the other companies I decided to go with Apex for their honesty and to me that is worth a lot more. I will definitely be contacting them if I have any other roof issues.

Contacted Apex to inspect loss of some shingles after severe winds and rain. They sent a rep to inspect and he reported there was minor damage that they could easily replace. He quoted a price and said their scheduler would be in touch. Got the call from their office and set a convenient time for the repair work. Apex showed up as scheduled and quickly made the repairs. What more could I have asked?.. completely satisfied with Apex.--Richard in Elgin.

I had a pesky leak in my roof. Apex fixed the leak. It reappeared a few months later. Larry and his crew, Dave and Jorge, came out and spent a long time replacing parts of the roof a week before it rained for several days. Success! They returned to patch and paint my family room ceiling! They're very conscientious and do excellent work!

We are running a special promotion of 10% off up to $1,000 on any exterior service
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is scheduling an appointment (no charge) through our front office with one of our Exterior Consultants that will be scheduled to come to your home and scope out the details of the project or repair requested. Once the needed info/measurements are collected in that meeting we will respond with a free formal estimate/bid on the work requested along with any samples (i.e. roofing shingles or siding) to aid in your evaluation.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are in the top 1% of roofing & siding contractors as we hold both a CertainTeed ShingleMaster and CertainTeed SidingMaster certification. We are also a certified James Hardie siding installation contractor. Since we only use our in-house staff for residential exterior projects, all of our team members are OSHA certified
