He responded to my message in 10 minutes. We talked about the programs I was having, and he agreed to pick up the computer the next day. He arrived the next day on time and called me later that day with the fix. The next day, the computer was fixed, and he returned, set up, and payment was within 10 minutes. He wasn't a man of many words, but the talking he did was professional and accurate. I think most people would find him a fair and professional person.
