I had a great experience working with L.A. and L.A. Jr. at Always Faithful Dog Training with my dog, Roxy. From the beginning, they were extremely patient, knowledgeable, professional, and understanding. They took the time to get to know Roxy, understand her personality and behavior, and figure out exactly what she needed help with.What I appreciated most was that L.A. and L.A. Jr. didnt just train Roxythey also trained me on how to better communicate with her. They explained everything step by step and showed me the proper way to give commands, correct unwanted behaviors, reward positive behaviors, and remain consistent with her training at home.Since working with Always Faithful Dog Training, I have noticed a big improvement in Roxy. She listens better, follows commands more consistently, stays more focused, and is becoming much easier for me to manage. I also feel more confident as her owner because I now have the tools and knowledge to continue working with her outside of our training sessions.L.A. and L.A. Jr. made the entire experience comfortable and encouraging. You can tell that they genuinely care about the dogs they work with and want both the dog and the owner to succeed. Our dog needed help with basic obedience, and L.A. and his son delivered! Obedience commands are so much better, and we're more confident handling our dog. Excellent trainers.
