After getting multiple quotes on landscaping, I decided to go with Timber crest. Everyone was very professional, prompt and did a great job on my landscaping. I cannot compliment Timber Crest Landscaping's work enough. Their staff is professional, friendly and considerate. The workers always ensure that their work is done to the client's satisfaction, they always clean up any yard waste, and for those of us that have fences - they make sure the gates are closed so that pets and children cannot get out after they leave. I have been a client for over a decade, for both lawn care and landscaping and I would recommend them to anyone seeking their service.

We have been using Timber Crest to mow help keep up the maintenance of our yard for several years. This year Timber Crest designed and installed new sod and landscaping. When I had trouble with a few areas they came out and replaced the effected area free of charge. We get compliments on our new yard regularly! I highly recommend Timber Crest . What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We give free estimates for most projects. Almost all projects need to be looked at by our estimator in order for us to give an accurate price. Please reach out to us to get a free estimate today!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we have had initial contact with the customer, we gather the necessary information we need to set up an estimate. Our estimator will contact you and schedule a time to meet with you at the property and do a walk through. He will then be able to provide you with an estimate from there.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our owners have been in the industry for over 20 years and have plenty of experience. Our estimator has been in the industry for 50 years and has a degree in horticulture. All of our employees have multiple years of experience as well.
