- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every job is different, so meeting with the client and developing a relationship with them, getting an idea of what they are looking for, and working with them to come to a final price is my favorite way to handle this aspect.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love meeting new people, and have been blessed to have met some really great folks over the years. I meet with the client, listen to what they have in mind, offer any suggestions they may not have thought of, and work out a plan of action with them. Normally, I end up with repeat customers and future clients from recommendations, which comes from building a good rapport with them.
