I participated in the Weight Loss and Nutrition Hypnosis session on February 16, 2023. Since that session, I have lost 21 pounds and have adopted a much healthier diet. I also started a habit of walking four miles a day in addition to my morning CrossFit class. I was a little skeptical at first but was open to new ideas that might work for me. I've tried many things over the years and I can say that this has made a huge difference in my life. I'm a believer in hypnosis now, thank you Jamie!
