- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Although there can be many factors in any service were construction/repairs are needed, I use national and local averages. No surprises or wild numbers.Labor and materials equals total cost. **NEW DISCOUNTS AND PROMOTIONS THROUGHOUT THE SEASON**
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to have a firm estimate for the customer which can only be done by an in home consultation. I then suggest that they get a few other bids. After that, if they go with me...we discuss work performed, material and labor costs, expectations and results, and addressing the issue to completion
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was trained and tested by my father, a master mason. That lasted about 4. years before I started my own company. I have been making my way ever since. I also have countless on-the-job hours.
