Deanna is in the next room right now cleaning my house, but I couldn't wait til she was finished to write this review because SHE IS AMAZING. The last time the house was this clean is the day it was built. I'm so impressed - and happy!

I only needed a small repair done to my garage door (reattach the spring that sprung). Elccountry Home Repairs and Remodeling not only fixed my garage door, but also replaced a chain link fence gate for me. All for a very reasonable price. The work done was definitely satisfactory and I would recommend for future home repairs.

Joel has taken on several painting projects for me. He did a great job on all. Of these his work on the entrance foyer and the staircase to the second floor, with its high walls, balusters, and woodwork is especially noteworthy. Thanks to Joel's skill, the old and tired woodwork on the staircase stands in clear and crips contrast to the freshly coated walls. Joel's ability to draw crips and precise lines between woodwork and walls and ceilings and walls is indicative of the care he takes in his work. He combines all of this with a clean workspace, reasonable prices, punctuality, and a pleasant personality. I can recommend him highly and will certainly call on him again in the future. Art I

I am new to the area and hired Jeff Miller and his crew to clean our house and wash our windows. I find their work to be very good. There were some minor discrepancies, I addressed these with Jeff and he fixed all of them. He responded back to me quickly. He didn't make excuses, his team came and met my satisfaction. Nice to see in today's market. Recommend to others.

Q & A

Answers to commonly asked questions from the experts on Thumbtack.

How much is commercial window cleaning?

The national average cost to clean windows is $120-$170. Typically, window washing for commercial spaces costs less per window than residential window washing, but has a higher overall price because the greater number of windows. Commercial window cleaning companies may charge a standard rate per window — for example, $3 to clean the exterior only, with a higher rate of $4 or $5 to also clean the interior. There may be an additional charge, such as an extra $1 per window, for scrubbing off water stains or deep-cleaning window tracks. Double-hung windows require more labor and will therefore cost more to clean. Companies may charge a flat rate, such as $8 per double-hung window or $9 per French door, to account for the added work. Building height will play a factor in window washing costs. Standard cleaning for one- and two-story buildings will typically stay within the same range, but cleaning high-rise windows may entail special safety permits and equipment, which would increase costs. Your location will also affect window washing costs. Smaller towns and areas with a lower cost to do business will have lower window cleaning rates than large cities.
