I have studied and worked with dogs for over 30 years. I am a Certified Professional Dog Trainer. I have to attend seminars, workshops, courses to acquire CEU ( Continuing Education Units) to maintain my certification. I have learned from the best in the business. I offer professional one on one services. I listen to the client. I create a customized lesson plan for the client to follow. I realize every dog and human team is different. The dog's home is the environment where he spends 99% of his time and where his issues occur. I have much experience with every kind of canine behavior such as barking, biting, chewing, jumping, leash walking, house breaking, crate training, digging and basic commands. I will teach you how to train your dog with love, patience and understanding. Dogs are my passion.I have changed the lives of so many canines from the streets, shelters, puppy mills, breeders, pets in the home, etc. I would never use any aversive methods,shock, force or fear based training. The dog learns by repetition and consistency.The dog will comply because he wants to, not because he is forced or scared.
I get to work with dogs! I get to help change a dog's behavior into a loving, wonderful family member. It is so rewarding to see the dog's progress as he learns that when he does something Right, he gets praised or rewarded. The human is sometimes so stressed out and at wit's end. The change in the human's behavior is always such an amazing experience. By using the canine- human team work philosophy, everyone wins!
